Samsung Galaxy S III memiliki layar 4,9 inci beresolusi 1280 x 720 pixel, teknologi Super AMOLED dan Gorilla Glass 2 yang antigores dan antipecah. Model itu menggunakan prosesor quad-core Exnynos 1,4 Ghz, RAM 1GB, dan berjalan dengan sistem operasi Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
